The Deed of Trust page is a photocopy of one of the original Deed of Trust with the Publishing Society’s Trustee’s names until 1921.

The 2nd webpage “talks” of how wonderful The Honorable Hughes was and the great expertise he displayed during the proceedings.

Then, there is the “Time-Line of Events” on the 4th webpage showing many different aspects prior to and throughout the Court Proceedings.

The 5th page, Supreme Court Decision, is interesting in that it does state that the Publishing Society Trustees ‘Laid down their Trust’ not because they had to, but because the Board of Directors and many “Christian Scientists” held fast to the Directors decisions.

We Lay Down Our Trust, on the 6th webpage, was printed by the Christian Science Monitor on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1921.

We Thank Our Father, on the 7th webpage, was also published on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1921, when “The Finding of Full Bench” was given to the public. “We Thanks Our Father”, however was printed on the Home Forum page of the Christian Science Monitor.

The Eye Witness Report completes this website. It contains Letters written by Joseph E. Johnston concerning the PROCEEDINGS IN EQUITY.
